Head Coach - Casey LaDuke

Coach LaDuke is entering his 22nd year as the Highlanders’ head coach. He served 5 years as an assistant coach at Floyd Central prior to getting the head coaching position. Before returning to Floyd Central, Coach LaDuke was the head baseball coach at Springs Valley High School for one year and served as an assistant at Charlestown High School for a season. Varsity Assistant - Chris Hogan

Coach Hogan is a graduate of Floyd Central. He continued his baseball career as a pitcher for Indiana University Southeast. Coach Hogan graduated with an engineering degree from the Univeristy of Louisville. Currently, he is a Geotechnical Engineer at US Army Corps of Engineers. This is his 19th year as an assistant coach at FC.

Varsity Assistant - Jamie Polk

Coach Polk is a graduate of Floyd Central. He pitched at Indiana University Southeast while majoring in education. He currently teaches at Highland Hills Middle School. For 5 years, he was the head coach at North Harrison High School where he led the Cougars to a sectional championship in 2016. Coach Polk also was an assistant coach at Floyd Central for 12 years prior to his years at NHHS
